  • Shine Series: Available for both fraternities and sororities, featuring a large, adorned design with cz diamonds. The sorority version is 40% smaller.
  • Classic Man Series: Tailored for fraternity members, these rings resemble traditional class rings with added flair.
  • Flower Series: Designed for sorority members, these rings are 40% smaller than our Classic Man Series and feature delicate designs.

Q: What metal options are available for your jewelry? A: Our products come in several metal options for durability and style:

  • Rhodium Plated (Silver color, strongest durability)
  • 18k Yellow Gold Plated (Medium durability)
  • Black Nickel Plated (Weakest durability)
  • Solid Sterling Silver option plated with Rhodium for the highest durability.

Personalization and Production

Q: How can I personalize my ring? A: Personalization options vary by series:

  • Shine Series: Engraving on the inside, up to 2 lines with 20 characters each.
  • Classic Man Series: Personalization on the side, replacing the fraternity's name with up to three lines for the name or line name, chapter in Greek letters, and year.
  • Flower Series: Personalization as an inscription on the inside of the ring.

Q: How long does it take to produce an order? A: Production times vary:

  • Non-personalized products: 20-25 days, possibly longer for the Classic Man Series.
  • Personalized products: An additional 5-7 days.
  • Note: Personalizing the Classic Man Series requires making a new plate and mold, which can add up to 10 days to production.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: What shipping options do you offer? A: We offer several shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 12-15 days
  • Fast Shipping: 7-10 days for an additional $20
  • DHL Express: 3-5 days for an additional $40

Q: How can I track my order? A: Upon order fulfillment, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your order at ParcelsApp. Please note, tracking may not be active for the first 5 days after fulfillment.

Care and Maintenance

Q: How should I care for my plated jewelry? A: To extend the life of your plated jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water and applying a thin layer of acrylic or clear nail polish as a protective barrier. Remove jewelry during activities that may expose it to harsh chemicals or extreme wear.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? A: As a boutique ring company crafting most rings, pins, and pendants to order, we cannot stock all 19 sizes of every product. Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to carefully choose their ideal style and size, ideally getting sized by a professional jeweler before placing an order.

Sizing Issues and Wrong Size Orders

Q: What if I order the wrong size? A: We understand that mistakes can happen. For plated rings, we offer a one-time size adjustment within 7 days of receiving your ring for a fee of $69.99, plus shipping and handling to our Texas facility. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a size correction.

Lifetime Replating Guarantee

Q: What if my ring's plating wears off? A: We offer a lifetime replating service for a fee of $69.99, plus shipping and handling. This service ensures your ring remains in pristine condition, even if the original plating fades or tarnishes over time. Please visit our website to pay the fee and learn more about this service.

Solid Sterling Silver Upgrade Program

Q: Can I upgrade my plated ring to solid sterling silver? A: Yes, through our Solid Sterling Silver Replacement Program (SSSRP), you can upgrade your plated ring to a solid sterling silver version. Use what you paid for your plated ring as credit towards the solid sterling version. This upgrade is available within one year of the original purchase date, offering a more durable and long-lasting option for those who wear their rings frequently.
