TWO LICENSING PATHS

Different administrators. The same responsibility.

Depending on the organization, fratrings may hold authorization directly or operate under a license administered through Affinity Licensing. Either way, licensed merchandise must follow the approved use of the organization’s marks and the financial requirements of the applicable agreement.

DIRECT RELATIONSHIPS

Licensed directly by the organization.

For some fraternities, sororities, and related organizations, our authorization is maintained directly with the organization or its designated licensing office.

Designs follow the organization’s approved marks and product direction.
Required applications, renewals, fees, and royalties are handled under that agreement.
Documentation or approved-vendor listings are provided when available.

AFFINITY LICENSING

Administered through Affinity Licensing.

For other organizations, Affinity Licensing administers the licensing relationship, product approvals, reporting requirements, or royalty process on the organization’s behalf.
