For the most accurate fit, have your finger measured by a local jeweler. Ring sizes can vary slightly by ring width and finger shape, so professional sizing is the best option.

Measure a ring that already fits

Use the online ring-size guide. Choose the appropriate ring type and follow the on-screen calibration instructions carefully.

Measure your finger

Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, lay it flat, and measure the length in millimeters. Do not pull it tight.

When using an inch ruler, convert inches to millimeters before comparing the measurement with a ring-size chart.

Please confirm your size before ordering. Made-to-order and personalized items can have limited return or exchange eligibility. Review our return and exchange policy before purchase.

We are a small, boutique ring company and do not carry every ring in all 19 sizes. Instead, each ring is made to order when you place your order.

Production time: Non-personalized rings generally take 20–25 days to produce. Personalized orders typically require an additional 5–7 days. Classic Man Series personalization can add up to 10 days.

Shipping time after production: Standard shipping usually takes 12–15 days. Fast shipping is available for $20 and generally takes 7–10 days. DHL Express is available for $40 and generally takes 3–5 days.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Please order early for graduations, presentations, Founders’ Day events, and other deadlines.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

At FratRings at FraternityRings.com, our rings, pendants, pins, and custom jewelry pieces are crafted to order. Each piece is prepared specifically for the customer’s selected organization, style, size, finish, engraving, and personalization details.

Because these are made-to-order craft jewelry pieces, we generally cannot accept standard returns or exchanges once an item has been produced, shipped, delivered, or worn. A personalized or organization-specific ring that has already gone out to a customer cannot be resold as new to another customer.

Before placing your order

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Confirm your ring size, spelling, personalization, organization, chapter, crossing year, finish, and any custom engraving. For ring sizing, we strongly recommend being sized by a local jeweler before ordering.

Returns and exchanges

Standard returns and exchanges are not available for made-to-order items due to incorrect sizing, personalization entered incorrectly at checkout, change-of-mind requests, or preference changes after production begins.

If we make a production or fulfillment mistake, we will make it right. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are generally limited to verified production issues, fulfillment mistakes, or situations where FratRings determines a refund is the appropriate solution.
