Returns and Exchanges

Each item is made to order and prepared specifically for your order. Please confirm your ring size, personalization, metal color, stone color, and product details before placing your order.

Because our jewelry is custom-made, personalized, or made to order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, personalization errors entered at checkout, change-of-mind requests, or buyer’s remorse.

Order issues

If we make a production or fulfillment mistake, or if your item arrives with a verified defect, please contact us at ana@fratrings.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and help provide the appropriate solution.

Ring sizing

Please confirm your ring size carefully before ordering. For the most accurate fit, we recommend being sized by a local jeweler before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes submitted at checkout.

Custom and personalized items

Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, special edition, and organization-specific jewelry items are final sale unless there is a verified production or fulfillment error caused by us.

Exchanges

We will help resolve the issue when the error is ours. If the wrong item was sent or a verified production issue occurred, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the case.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for standard custom or made-to-order purchases. If a refund is approved due to a verified issue, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund.

Unauthorized returns

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving written approval will not be accepted.
