As a boutique ring company, we craft each ring upon order, ensuring a wide range of sizes and styles. This means, however, that we cannot stock all 19 sizes and, as a result, cannot accept returns or exchanges. But! we do have some options if you order the wrong size or need your ring replated.

First, protect your ring's plating

Plating is prone to wearing off and tarnishing.  Especially on your hands. to ensure the longevity and beauty of your ring, we recommend NOT getting the ring wet.  Please remove your ring when washing your hand or doing manual labor.

Replacing a ring that was ordered in the wrong size

• We urge you to visit a professional jeweler to ensure accurate ring sizing before placing an order.  All rings are made at the time of the order so refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

• If we make an error, like sending the wrong size or a damaged product, we'll replace your ring, covering all costs, including shipping. Please notify us within 7 days with a photo of the ring on sizing stick to begin the replacement procedure.

• Replacement for Wrong Size: Errors happen. For plated rings, return within 7 days for resizing at $69.99 ($89.99 personalized) plus shipping to our Texas facility.

Lifetime re-plating guarantee!

• If your ring fades or tarnishes, you can re-plate your ring with our lifetime re-plating!

  You can replace your ring as many times as your need to as long as the ring is the same size, style, metal, and organization of the original order.

• Replacement for Worn Plating: Plating can fade over time. For longevity, we suggest solid sterling silver. If plating does fade, we offer lifetime re-plating at $69.99 ($89.99 personalized)  plus shipping to our Texas facility.
