PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
We are a small, boutique ring company and don’t carry every ring in all 19 sizes. Instead, each ring is made to order when you place your order.
For non-personalized rings, production takes about 10–14 days (a bit longer for the Classic Man Series), and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is ready. If you choose to personalize your ring, please allow an additional 5–7 days.
If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping options: fast shipping for $20 (7–10 days) or DHL Express for $40 (3–5 days). Standard shipping usually takes around 12–15 days. You can add express shipping here.

RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
At fratrings.com, we have never had problems with our rings or our customers. We typically deal with customers on a one by one basis and always work out a win-win solution to any issue that may arise. That being said, we do not accept returns/exchanges and practically never offer refunds unless the fault can be placed on fratrings.com. Shipping costs are extremely high from our factories in China and it’s just too costly.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns at fratrings.com so be very careful when placing an order. We fulfill most orders almost immediately so adjustments to the order is rarely possible. Spend extra time measuring your finger, all of our rings are true to their size. Please be mindful that our rings will not last forever; Premium longer than Standard but please take care of either accordingly (keep out of water, not for everyday wear, etc.)
EXCHANGES
We will 100% always send you the correct ring or custom ring when something is our fault. We’d only ask you to send a picture of the incorrect ring and packaging and we will ship out the correct version as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
We do no offer refunds but will gladly exchange the ring if there is something wrong with the one you received.
