The November conference has an October planning deadline. Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.’s Middle Western Province lists its 2026 C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference for November 13–14 at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. The published hotel-block cutoff is October 15, followed by early registration on October 19.
Planning information checked October 14, 2026. This is an independent FraternityRings.com guide, not an official fraternity or university announcement.

What is confirmed—and what is not
The Oklahoma City Metropolitan Chapters are hosting the conference on UCO’s campus. The province page separately lists MTA activity for November 11–12; those dates should not be confused with the November 13–14 conference. The full conference agenda is still marked as coming soon.
Do not assume that a campus address identifies the meeting room. Confirm the building, arrival time, check-in requirements, dress expectations and any restricted sessions before traveling. This guide does not establish eligibility to attend.

The registration discrepancy to resolve first
The linked Zeffy checkout currently lists early undergraduate registration at $50 and early alumni registration at $75. Its regular options are $100 for undergraduates and $125 for alumni. Two amounts differ from the province page:
| Category | Province page | Linked checkout |
|---|---|---|
| Early alumni | $100 | $75 |
| Regular undergraduate | $75 | $100 |
Neither discrepancy is resolved here. Contact the organizer before selecting or paying for an option; do not assume that an earlier information page or a checkout listing overrides the other. Both sources also describe a covered-fee option for qualifying spring/summer 2026 initiates. Confirm eligibility rather than choosing it solely because it is free.
The checkout includes separate 2027 Province Council and joint-registration choices. Read the full option description so that a different event or bundle is not mistaken for conference-only admission.
Hotel: an October 15 cutoff for a November trip
The province identifies Home2 Suites by Hilton Edmond, 321 Meline Drive, as the host hotel, with a published $119 nightly group rate and October 15 booking cutoff. Use the organizer’s hotel link and verify availability, taxes, cancellation rules and the dates on your confirmation. No room was reserved or availability guaranteed for this guide.
Hilton’s property page lists complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking. Standard check-in is 3 p.m.; checkout is 11 a.m. Hilton lists Will Rogers World Airport approximately 25 miles away and no airport shuttle, so arrange your own airport transfer. Request the exact accessible-room features you need directly from the hotel at 405-285-8380.
Campus parking and accessibility
UCO’s visitor-parking guidance identifies paid visitor parking at lots 10, 31 and 57. Published rates are $1 for the first hour, $2 for each additional hour and $10 for a full day. Friday paid-parking hours run from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. These are general campus rules, not confirmation of a conference parking arrangement.
Ask the host whether a permit, validation or designated lot will apply. Do not infer weekend access from weekday payment hours. Once the meeting building is announced, check the official campus maps for the appropriate accessible entrance and route. For parking questions, contact UCO at 405-974-2780. Tell the conference organizer about accommodation needs early; a general campus map cannot confirm arrangements inside a particular session.
Questions to settle with your chapter
Is the conference November 11–14?
The conference itself is listed for November 13–14. MTA activity is separately listed for November 11–12. Confirm which activities you are eligible and registered to attend.
Can I still get the $119 hotel rate?
October 15 is the published cutoff, not a live inventory promise. Check the official booking link and final terms before making travel commitments.
Which registration price should I use?
Ask the organizer to resolve the early-alumni and regular-undergraduate differences before paying. Save your confirmation and the option description.
Where are the agenda and entry rules?
The full agenda is still listed as coming soon. The sources reviewed do not establish a final meeting room, check-in documents, guest policy or session-specific accessibility arrangements. Request those details from the host.
